GfK’s Chair of Marketing Intelligence at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg
GfK’s Chair of Marketing Intelligence at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg was established in January 2007 by GfK-Nürnberg e. V and is headed by Professor Dr. Nicole Koschate-Fischer. The Department’s areas of expertise are market research, price management, product and innovation management, as well as customer behavior and customer relationship management.
These focal areas are reflected in the courses available for students in both the Bachelor and Masters degree programs. The Department’s research concentrates on quantitative empirical studies and focuses on issues of practical relevance.
